Refund policy
1. Palm offers a 30-day return and exchange window from the date your order is delivered. If you need to return or exchange an item, we're happy to help.
- If you purchased Return Insurance ($1.98 at checkout), your order qualifies for a complimentary shipping label to return your product for exchange or refund. Please note, the initial shipping costs will not be included in a refund and only the label to send the product back is covered.
- If you did not add Return Insurance, you are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will cover the product cost and applicable taxes only.
2. Once we receive your return, please allow 7–10 business days for processing. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot process refunds to any alternative payment method. If you prefer, you can opt for a refund in the form of store credit, which will be issued as a gift card. Store credit amounts are slightly higher than refunds to the original payment method. Exchanges will be processed once your return is received and inspected to confirm it is in its original condition. Standard shipping periods apply for new shipments.
Eligbility:
To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition with original packaging and tags. We cannot accept returns for worn, washed, or tagless items. Orders placed during promotional periods are eligible for exchange or store credit only—refunds will not be issued for these purchases.
