BFCM Promotion Period

Effective Dates: November 1 – December 1, 2025

During this promotional period, returns and exchanges are accepted for store credit or exchange only within 60 days of purchase.

  • Refunds will not be issued on any discounted purchases.
  • Discount codes are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Promotional gifts or free items included with any order during this period are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Gifts cannot be returned.

Please double-check size charts and product details before placing your order — all BFCM sales are final for refunds.

How to know if an item is discounted:

During the promotional period, discounted products will display a cross-out price and a new discounted price directly on the site. No discount codes are needed — all markdowns are applied automatically.

Standard Return & Exchange Policy (Non-Promotional Orders)

For products purchased at full MSRP (non-discounted), Palm offers a 60-day return and exchange window from the date your order is delivered.

If you purchased Return Insurance ($1.98 at checkout), your order qualifies for a complimentary return label for refund or exchange.

If you did not purchase Return Insurance, you are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds cover product cost and applicable taxes only and are issued to the original payment method. You may also opt for store credit, which provides a slightly higher amount than a direct refund.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Apparel and headwear must be free of deodorant marks, makeup, or damage
  • Gloves and accessories must be unused and in resealable condition
  • Hats must be returned in a box to prevent damage during shipping

Palm cannot accept returns for items showing wear, missing tags, or improper packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, Palm will replace it pending inventory availability.

If the same product is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued — depending on customer preference.

Palm covers all costs associated with damaged or defective item returns.

Processing Times

Once we receive your return:

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for inspection and processing
  • Exchanges ship out once the returned item passes inspection, unless an Instant Exchange was purchased (via Redo’s native feature)
  • Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card sent to the email address used on your original order
  • If your order qualifies for a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method only
  • Standard shipping timelines apply for replacement orders
