Exchanges and Returns
1. Palm offers a 30-day return and exchange window from the date your order is delivered. If you need to return or exchange an item, we're happy to help.
- If you purchased Return Insurance ($1.98 at checkout), you qualify for free returns and exchanges. Your return shipping and the shipment of your exchanged item will be fully covered.
- If you did not add Return Insurance, you are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will cover the product cost and applicable taxes only.
2. Once we receive your return, please allow 7–10 business days for processing. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot process refunds to any alternative payment method. If you prefer, you can opt for a refund in the form of store credit, which will be issued as a gift card. Store credit amounts are slightly higher than refunds to the original payment method. Exchanges will be processed once your return is received and inspected to confirm it is in its original condition. Standard shipping periods apply for new shipments.
Eligbility:
To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition with original packaging and tags. We cannot accept returns for worn, washed, or tagless items. Orders placed during promotional periods are eligible for exchange or store credit only—refunds will not be issued for these purchases.

- Orders WITHOUT Return Insurance are subject to standard International Return / Exchange Policies.

Shipping:
1. Palm Golf Co does not collect duties or taxes during checkout. These fees are charged separately by the carrier and are the customer's responsibility at the time of delivery.
Returns & Exchanges:
2. International orders are not eligible for return or exchange coverage. If you ordered the wrong size, you must place a new order and cover the new shipping costs. However, if you return your original product in new condition to our US warehouse, you may be eligible for a credit toward your next purchase. If Palm Golf Co packaged your order incorrectly and you received the wrong item, we will refund 100% of the item cost and 25% of the shipping fee once proof is provided.

If you accidentally typed in the wrong address, you may be able to update with our self-service process. There are 2 ways that you can update your shipping address, as long as your order has not been fulfilled.
- Locate your original Order Confirmation email
- Scroll down to the Shipping Address section
- Click on "Update Address"
- Once you save your address it will automatically reflect in your unfulfilled order.
- On the Order Confirmation page
- Just after you place your order and you are still on the Order Confirmation page, there is a button near your shipping address labeled "Update Address"
- Once you save your address it will automatically reflect in your unfulfilled order.
If your order shows fulfilled, please contact the customer support team immediately to confirm if the order has already shipped or can be revised prior to shipment.
Palm will never change a shipping address without the customers approval and will not be responsible for addresses incorrectly typed or missing information such as Apt/Ste/etc. If the package is Returned To Sender because it was missing information, the Customer will be required to purchase a new shipping label to receive the order.
1. Orders take 1-3 days to fulfill and provide to a selected carrier.
2. Once with carrier, Palm is unable to adjust orders or delivery addresses.
3. Palm offers the option for express shipping, however, that ONLY applies to the carriers' shipping periods and does not adjust the fulfillment periods.
4. During peak holiday business and promotional periods, our fulfillment periods may be extended but will be clearly outlined on the checkout page to ensure proper expectation of receipt of goods.

Palm Golf Co uses 3rd party carriers for shipments. Shipping issues do occasionally occur, but please remember that once Palm transmits orders to a carrier, we cannot control any delays or missed deliveries.

Product Warranties
Palm Golf Co stands behind the quality of our products, but if a defect occurs within 30 days of delivery, we will refund 100% of your order including shipping (excluding taxes and duties). All warranty claims must be approved by our customer service team.
