BFCM Exchanges and Returns
BFCM Promotion Period
Effective Dates: November 1 – December 1, 2025
During this promotional period, returns and exchanges are accepted for store credit or exchange only within 60 days of purchase.
- Refunds will not be issued on any discounted purchases.
- Discount codes are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Promotional gifts or free items included with any order during this period are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Gifts cannot be returned.
Please double-check size charts and product details before placing your order — all BFCM sales are final for refunds.
How to know if an item is discounted:
During the promotional period, discounted products will display a cross-out price and a new discounted price directly on the site. No discount codes are needed — all markdowns are applied automatically.
Standard Return & Exchange Policy (Non-Promotional Orders)
For products purchased at full MSRP (non-discounted), Palm offers a 60-day return and exchange window from the date your order is delivered.
If you purchased Return Insurance ($1.98 at checkout), your order qualifies for a complimentary return label for refund or exchange.
If you did not purchase Return Insurance, you are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds cover product cost and applicable taxes only and are issued to the original payment method. You may also opt for store credit, which provides a slightly higher amount than a direct refund.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Apparel and headwear must be free of deodorant marks, makeup, or damage
- Gloves and accessories must be unused and in resealable condition
- Hats must be returned in a box to prevent damage during shipping
Palm cannot accept returns for items showing wear, missing tags, or improper packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, Palm will replace it pending inventory availability.
If the same product is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued — depending on customer preference.
Palm covers all costs associated with damaged or defective item returns.
Processing Times
Once we receive your return:
- Please allow 7–10 business days for inspection and processing
- Exchanges ship out once the returned item passes inspection, unless an Instant Exchange was purchased (via Redo’s native feature)
- Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card sent to the email address used on your original order
- If your order qualifies for a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method only
- Standard shipping timelines apply for replacement orders

Due to international shipping costs, customs duties, and regional logistics, Palm does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue store credit for any international purchases.
We encourage all international customers to carefully review size charts, product descriptions, and details before placing an order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
Palm will review your claim and, if verified, will issue a replacement or refund depending on inventory availability.
We reserve the right to request photos of the damaged item and packaging to confirm eligibility.
Promotional Periods (Including BFCM)
During promotional periods, such as November 1 – December 1, 2025, international orders remain final sale — no returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credits will be accepted.
Discounted items, promotional gifts, or free items are also not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Contact Us
If your order was received damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@palmgolfco.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
Orders & Shipping

If you accidentally typed in the wrong address, you may be able to update with our self-service process. There are 2 ways that you can update your shipping address, as long as your order has not been fulfilled.
- Locate your original Order Confirmation email
- Scroll down to the Shipping Address section
- Click on "Update Address"
- Once you save your address it will automatically reflect in your unfulfilled order.
- On the Order Confirmation page
- Just after you place your order and you are still on the Order Confirmation page, there is a button near your shipping address labeled "Update Address"
- Once you save your address it will automatically reflect in your unfulfilled order.
If your order shows fulfilled, please contact the customer support team immediately to confirm if the order has already shipped or can be revised prior to shipment.
Palm will never change a shipping address without the customers approval and will not be responsible for addresses incorrectly typed or missing information such as Apt/Ste/etc. If the package is Returned To Sender because it was missing information, the Customer will be required to purchase a new shipping label to receive the order.
1. Orders take 1-3 days to fulfill and provide to a selected carrier.
2. Once with carrier, Palm is unable to adjust orders or delivery addresses.
3. Palm offers the option for express shipping, however, that ONLY applies to the carriers' shipping periods and does not adjust the fulfillment periods.
4. During peak holiday business and promotional periods, our fulfillment periods may be extended but will be clearly outlined on the checkout page to ensure proper expectation of receipt of goods.

Palm Golf Co uses 3rd party carriers for shipments. Shipping issues do occasionally occur, but please remember that once Palm transmits orders to a carrier, we cannot control any delays or missed deliveries.
If your order is not received or severely delayed, we encourage you to complete our Contact Form for assistance, and our support team will be happy to help. Palm asks that you contact us no later than 15 days from the date of fulfillment to ensure that we are able to assist with missing / lost orders, or claims or inquiries will need to be filed directly through the carrier. After 15 days, Palm's coverage for lost or missing shipments can no longer be applied.
Product Warranties
Palm Golf Co stands behind the quality of our products, but if a defect occurs within 30 days of delivery, we will refund 100% of your order including shipping (excluding taxes and duties). All warranty claims must be approved by our customer service team.
