Palm Golf Co. + SCGA Junior Golf Foundation Cup

Golf has always been more than a game to us, it’s an opportunity. An opportunity to connect, inspire, and give back to a game that's given us all so much. For the third consecutive year, Palm Golf Co. proudly served as the title sponsor for the SCGA Junior Golf Foundation’s Foundation Cup, the program’s single largest fundraising event benefiting Junior Golf, right in our backyard of Southern California at Mesa Verde Country Club.

"We're a brand because of community... the main thing is we're here to do the best thing for the foundation", says Dustin Ghaul, Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Palm Golf., and we did just that, yet again.

With the help of other local brands, the efforts of the committee and the juniors, $75,000 was raised, a new high for the 3rd consecutive year.

Art Meets Golf — Dallas Vega’s Headcover

One of the most special moments this year came from within the program itself. Dallas Vega, a junior golfer and talented artist, created original artwork that inspired a Custom Palm Headcover that was given to every participant in the tournament.

This was more than a headcover though, it was a symbol of what this event is about, the Junior Golfers, and learning more about who they are both on and off-course, their talents and interests that extend beyond the game, and seeing what type of players and people these junior golfers will become. It was such an awesome feeling to see Dallas' first reaction to his art coming to life, and even cooler to see the reception and celebration of that art from the other juniors.

Why It Matters?

The SCGA Junior Golf Foundation is committed to creating access, equity, and opportunity for young players. From affordable play and coaching to mentorship and academic support, the impact extends far beyond the fairways.

We’re so beyond thrilled to be part of that mission and to watch these players not only swing and smile, but grow, lead, and inspire. The future is bright in golf, we want nothing more than to make the light shine as bright as possible. It's truly an honor to be part of this.
