This golf glove is offered at a discounted price due to minor imperfections or deviations from our usual quality standards. While still made with a mix of our Premium Synthetic and AAA Cabretta leather, there may be slight cosmetic or design issues, including:

  • Prior season designs

  • Minor stitching inconsistencies

  • Thinner leather than usual

  • Over tanning (excessive dye in the leather)

  • Printing imperfections

Despite these minor flaws, this glove still offers excellent performance and is crafted with some of our best-selling designs. However, due to the nature of the product, it is a final sale—no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Please note that purchasing more than one glove may result in receiving identical styles.

Palm products come standard with a 30-day Exchange/Return Window from the date you order was received. If you need to return any items in your order we can happily help initiate the process that for you. A few important things to note:

  1. For Returns / Exchanges WITH Returns Insurnace: Add the $1.98 insurance at checkout and all RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE FREE
  2. For Returns / Exchanges WITHOUT Returns Insurance: The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping back product for return or exchange.
  3. Upon receiving your returned item(s), please allow for 7-10 business days for our team to fully process your return and refund. You will receive an automated email response letting you know that your order has been refunded. Palm does not issue refunds on the cost of shipping. The refunded amount will be for the cost of the product as well as taxes. In the case there was a shipping cost associated with the order, that will not be refunded.
  4. The products must be returned in the same condition in which received which includes proper packaging. Products that are worn, washed, or tags removed will not be eligible for exchange or return.

Yes, we offer free shipping in the US for orders over $75. No code is needed.

All Palm products come standard with a 30-day warranty, limited to manufacturing defects, from the date your order was placed. We absolutely understand that we are not immune to the occasional defect and will always stand behind our products. We take pride in providing quality products to our customers.
