  • All deadlines are based on carrier transit estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Palm will process and ship all orders on time based on the selected shipping method.

  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier and may be impacted by weather, volume, or other delays during the holiday season.
