Palm Golf Co’s Black Friday Week through Cyber Monday (11/14/23 through 11/28/23) promotions cannot be combined with any other discounts, promos, or offerings. Any purchases made during the promotional period can be exchanged or refunded for store credit only. Black Friday Week is only applicable during the dates of 11/14/23 through 11/28/23 and previous sales will not be refunded or price-matched for items purchased outside of the specified dates.
As a reminder, during the busy holiday season, orders can take 3-5 business days to process and any expedited shipping does not reflect the processing time. Expedited shipping is only relevant to shipping times. Please note that the holiday weekend may have an effect on shipping times.

EXCHANGE / CREDIT POLICY
- The Customer is responsible for mailing and insuring the products back to our return department. The only time a pre-paid label is provided is if your order was packed incorrectly, or there is a clear defect of your item(s).
- Upon receiving your return, please allow for 7 business days for our team to fully process your return and refund. You will receive an automated email response letting you know that your order has been refunded.
- The original postage cost will not be included in your refund, unless there was a clear defect in the product.
- The products must be returned in the same condition in which received which includes proper packaging. If the item(s) are received damaged, the Customer is subject to a 10% restocking fee or may be ineligible for a refund.
- Headwear must be returned in a constructed box and not a poly mailer
- Upon receiving any return and order is approved, store credit will be applied to the customers account. Refunds will not be valid and only store credit will be available for this Black Friday promotional period (11.22 - 11.29).
