Black Friday Exchanges and Returns
Applicable for Purchases from 11/27/2019 to 12/2/2019
Exchanges and returns will be for the value of the product’s price it was purchased for during the Black Friday promotions. For any exchanges, or returns, the item must be returned in its original condition with no damage, for a full refund. The customer will cover the cost of shipping items back to Palm Golf Co. In the case that an item is being exchanged, Palm Golf Co will cover the cost of shipping for the item being sent in replacement of the exchanged item. These conditions are not applicable to items listed as final sale.The Gift GuaranteeWe understand some of the purchases made during these dates are going to be gifts for others. In the case that an item does not fit, we will honor a return For Store Credit Only if the purchase return or exchange falls outside of 15 days from date of purchase. These conditions are not applicable to items listed as final sale.

Standard Exchanges and Returns
Outside of promotional period
All products aside from golf bags come standard with a 15-Day Warranty. The warranty is a set period for all replacements of defects, or exchanges for sizes. In the case that a product has a defect, we will replace the product at no additional cost.
For size exchanges, product must be returned in its original condition to qualify for an exchange, with the customer paying for the return label. When the replacement glove is sent for the exchange, Palm Golf Co will cover the shipping costs for the replacing item.
Palm Golf Co will cover shipping costs or return labels only in cases where an order was incorrectly fulfilled, or a product has proven to be defective.
