All of our products come standard with a 15-Day Limited Warranty. This warranty will fully cover any product in which was delivered or purchased with a defect on our end. Please note that certain issues may not be covered under warranty. In order to assure quality with your gloves and accessories, we recommend storing your products in the provided packaging while not in use. Our Limited Warranty will not cover anything in the case of accidental damage on the consumers end. Incidents such as but not limited to: water damage, cutting of the leather, obvious abuse to any item will not be covered by any means in the Limited Warranty. If in fact your product has a manufacture defect, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can either exchange your product for a new one, or refund you the cost.
Please also note that refunds and exchanges will only be accepted when purchased through our website or any events held by Palm Golf Co, LLC. If you have purchased any products from an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer first as they will be the party responsible for issuing a refund or exchange.
Our products also come with a 15-Day Return Policy. We would love for you to try out our products to see if they are right for you. If the return is initiated within 15 days of purchase, customers will be able to receive a full refund or exchange. Upon returning any products, please note that all packing materials including pouches must be included. If everything is not returned, the customer is subject a varying fee.
